Greyscale Technologyperfect_greyscale_v2

Developed for TV and concert touring applications, our Image Optimisation Technology (IOT) ensures high quality image reproduction in any situation. The powerful new processing system maintains full 16 bit depth whatever the brightness, for images free of contouring and quantising, with perfect greyscale transition.

CalibrationRGB calibration

Providing a good quality LED is selected to manufacture a screen from, your display should look great on day one (notwithstanding the need for the mechanics and electronic circuitry to be up to the job). However, it is an inevitable fact that the screen’s ability to display perfectly smooth flat fields of colour will be compromised by time. And the harder (brighter) a display is driven, the quicker the LEDs will degrade. Until recently, screens could only be calibrated at the point of manufacture, but working closely with our partners, we have developed calibration systems for both the fixed installation and the rental markets. As per above, a screen will always be at its best on day one, but looking 5 years into the future, as a result of our investment in this new technology, we can now offer clients the ability to recalibrate to return it pretty much to its former glory.

Remote Diagnosticslaptop

Our aim is always to make the highest quality, most reliable products, but it is a fact that with the tens of thousands (if not millions) of components that go into making an LED screen, there are bound to be failures from time to time. Which is precisely why we developed our remote digiNOSTICS system with the ability to detect a fault right down to an individual LED. Better than this though, the system will actually monitor the performance of the screen and if it exceeds certain parameters, it will inform you by email or text telling you exactly what the issue is.

CertificationCE Cert

If you’re buying from China or the Far East, beware. In the European Economic Area, the United States and Canada, as well as many other countries around the world, certification of conformity to specific standards is required in order for goods to be imported into the region. Whilst every factory will tell you that you can have a certificate for CE, UL, ETL or FCC, the simple truth is that very few products are actually tested, and as importing non-compliant products can lead to their confiscation, the risks are high.

Louver designlouver

Some people call it a louvre, others the mask. Whichever you prefer, it sounds like a small part of the overall product design and one you might not give too much thought to. However, the design of a louvre will have a dramatic affect on a screens’ final attributes. Our engineering department has invested significant amounts of money and time developing specialised 3D modelling which simulate louvre performance from different angles and in changing light conditions. The result is that the front surface of a digiLED screen offers amazing contrast, with little or no direct reflection, in conjunction with the widest possible viewing angles.

NavigatorNavigator1_200x149

When it came to designing a DVI video interface for our screens there were three simple criteria; reliability, ease of use and quality. Building on the respected digiLED platform, our Navigator uses European design to optimise screen control in both rental and permanent installation applications. With versions offering a range of output resolutions, the Navigator system has a host of features including built in redundancy, DVI loop-through, signal health indicators and automatic plug & play of USB drivers. To confirm the quality, Genuine PRO-AV Powercon & Ethercon connectors from Neutrik combined with rugged USB terminals allow bullet-proof connections to both PC and Screen.
