At The O2, we tackled a critical challenge: reducing the environmental and financial cost of standby power for LED displays. Our digiLED ZEUS (Zero Energy Use System) allows the venue’s 226-metre mid-tier LED ribbon and other displays to enter a true zero-energy standby mode without risking damage on reboot. This innovation has saved The O2 over £65,000 annually in energy costs and significantly cut its carbon footprint, aligning with AEG’s ambitious ESG goals.

The O2 welcomed over 10 million visitors in 2024, cementing its status as a global entertainment hub. Our custom-engineered LED solutions, including bespoke installations across 1,000 square metres, elevate the visitor experience with vibrant, immersive visuals. From the arena’s dynamic mid-tier ribbon to curved exterior displays, digiLED ZEUS ensures these screens are both stunning and sustainable, supporting new revenue streams like digital advertising.
