The year of the Tiger is the next major celebration in the lunisolar calendar (the traditional Chinese calendar) with New Year’s Day falling on 1st February 2022 according to the western calendar.

Every year, on October 1st, China celebrates National Day. This is the first day of a week of holidays, sometimes known as Golden Week (Japan also has a Golden Week holiday, but the two are not connected and celebrate different events).

Bring your digiLED screens out of hibernation

Now that most lockdown restrictions have been lifted, most we’d like to share some important advice on how to care for your digiLED screen as it comes out of hibernation.

We trust that your digiLED rental inventory will have been stored in a suitable warehouse and this of course means one where the temperature and humidity don’t fluctuate too wildly.

Price Rises in China – the effect of PPI

In the UK we measure rising prices to the consumer using a method called the Retail Price Index (RPI), this measures the increase in costs of a basket of goods compared to the same month the previous year.

China Trade Shows

For more than a decade before the Covid -19 pandemic I was in China pretty much every month. I know the regular Chinese holidays – Spring Festival, Tomb Sweeping Festival, Labour Day, National Week – almost as well as I know western bank holidays and make sure I plan my trips around them.

One of the latest digiTHIN installations can now be found located in the main reception of the prestigious No.1 Spinningfields building in Manchester.

Schroders Real Estate has just refurbished its last vacant floor at No.1 Spinningfields, along with unveiling its groundbreaking new digiTHIN HD 2mm screen in the ground floor reception.

A whole new LED screen experience for the Cleveland Cavaliers

The Cleveland Cavaliers Sports Stadium recently reinvigorated its venue with a cool $185 million investment in Ohio, USA. Central to the transformation is a first of its kind ‘Power Portal’ – an LED tunnel covered with 204 sqm of digiLED digiTHIN HD and digiFLEX panels, amounting to a jaw dropping 25 million pixels.

Latest digiTHIN LED screens installed in California office

Blue Shield  have invested in two new large digiTHIN LED screens at their corporate headquarters in Oakland, California.

The larger of the two screens is located in a coffee bar on the main floor lobby of the building, with views straight out onto the two major downtown Oakland streets.
