Do digiLED provide installation support or work with local partners?
At digiLED, we're more than happy to handle installations directly when it makes sense. But our preferred way of working is to partner closely with systems integrators - acting as an extension of your team rather than taking over.
That could mean supporting your engineers on site during the install, or delivering the full job as a white-label project where we represent your brand from start to finish.
Either way, our main aim is simple: every LED screen project using digiLED products gets installed to the absolute highest standard, so it performs reliably for years to come.
I've got quite a complex project coming up that involves structural engineering work - can you help with that?
Yes, we've delivered some of the most complex LED screen projects in the world.
From breaking the record for the largest centre-hung outdoor LED screen in a stadium, to custom immersive displays that match existing architecture - the framework and fixings matter just as much as the display itself. We handle it all.
Warranty & service
We were the first in the industry to offer a standard 5-year warranty on our core digiLED range, and we did it because we're genuinely confident in the quality and reliability of what we build. It set a new bar, and others soon followed.
On the service side, we're still supporting screens that are 10 years old and going strong. We repair around 85% of pixel faults and component issues in-house at our UK and US facilities. When something needs more specialist attention, we work hand-in-hand with our digiLED Tech Hub in China for quick, clear, and transparent repair turnaround.
