Leveraging Virgin Media’s high-speed broadband, the venue delivers an exceptional gaming experience that attracts players of all levels to one of the UK’s biggest entertainment spots. The LED displays were designed and supplied by digiLED, in partnership with long-term partners Media Powerhouse, who managed the system integration.

eSports arenas use LED displays to boost fan engagement
In big arenas like the ones hosting League of Legends Worlds or CS:GO majors, LED displays for gaming handle the heavy lifting for instant replays, stats overlays, and crowd hype visuals. They’re built tough to cope with non-stop events, offering seamless integration with live broadcast systems.
What gaming LED screens were installed for Virgin Gamepad’s eSports attraction
On the outside facade of Gamepad, digiLED designed and supplied two large-format digiTHIN P2.6 advertising screens. These are used for game highlights, promotions, and live streams of competitions taking place inside the attraction.
A custom-designed ticker runs around the perimeter of the site, using a bespoke digiTHIN P2.6 solution. The venue has complete control over content, allowing all the screens to run in sync – perfect for content takeovers and brand exercises. This install turns the outside of Gamepad into a dynamic hub for LED screens for gaming, boosting visibility and keeping the energy high even before you step through the doors.
